Why Prenatal Yoga?

Prenatal yoga is designed to strengthening your body for labor, center your nervous system throughout pregnancy and relieve common aches and pains of pregnancy such as pubic symphysis pain, sciatica, round ligament pain and more.

My prenatal yoga classes are structured to prepare your body and mind for birth. Each class focuses on a variety of breathing exercises used to deepen your awareness of the changes happening in your body, to help steady your mind and strengthen your connection to your baby

Classes include but are not limited to pelvic floor work, safe abdominal exercises, easing low back pain and hip openers. Oftentimes each class will have a specific theme where we deep dive into a specific topic of part of the body.

Group Classes

Private Sessions

 

Private yoga classes are tailored to your body and sequenced depending where you are in your perinatal journey.

Sessions are 1 hour and can be held in your home or online via zoom. A phone call will be scheduled in advance for us to discuss how I may best tailor our session to your needs.

The exchange for a private in-home class is $85 for doula clients & $100 for non-doula clients.
Virtual private classes are $65.
